quiXzoom is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users. This statement covers our web properties and mobile application.
quiXzoom is committed to ensuring that its digital services are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as referenced in the EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102) and the European Accessibility Act.
We review our web properties and mobile application against these standards on an ongoing basis and address identified issues according to the remediation plan described below.
This statement applies to:
quiXzoom is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. Known limitations are listed below with their remediation status.
The interactive mission map within the Zoomer app relies on touch and pointer interactions that may not be fully accessible via keyboard navigation or screen reader. Users who cannot interact with the map may use the list-view alternative to browse and claim missions.
Certain steps in the submission photo upload process on the mobile application do not provide sufficient screen reader focus management between steps. Navigation context may be unclear for VoiceOver and TalkBack users.
Some secondary interface labels and placeholder text in the platform application do not meet the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio requirement. This affects decorative and supplementary text only — all primary action labels are compliant.
Certain mission brief documents provided by organisations are not tagged for accessibility. These are third-party documents and fall outside our direct control. We provide HTML summary equivalents for all structured mission briefs.
